Mission Statement

Turlington Woods School is a dynamic alternative educational institution that partners with families, employers, and volunteers from the community to support students who have had difficulty thriving in traditional academic settings.  Our mission is to foster continuous academic growth while providing a system of behavioral interventions focused on the development of more respectful, responsible, and safe decision-making and support our students' transition once they have demonstrated readiness to return to their base schools.
