Norfolk State University’s Classic Upward Bound is a free program that provides comprehensive support services to help students graduate from high school and go on to and graduate from college. We offer selected Saturdays and summer tutoring, mentoring, career exploration, and financial planning sessions to ensure that all students have the opportunity for post-secondary success.

Free to all program participants.  Open to college bound current 9th and 10th graders, students interested in a pre-college high school course of study.  Applicants must meet federal guidelines
