“Mission to Mars” STEM Extravaganza for Rising 3rd - 12th Grade Students

Get ready for liftoff! In partnership with United Way, we are inviting rising 3rd through 12th grade students to embark on an exciting interstellar journey during our “Mission to Mars” STEM Extravaganza, taking place on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at King’s Fork High School from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This hands-on event will challenge students to design, build, and program Mars Rovers capable of navigating rugged Martian terrain, surviving intense dust storms, and completing high-stakes rescue missions. Participants will engage in creative problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation as they take on this imaginative STEM challenge. In addition to the educational experience, students will enjoy free lunch, prizes, and exciting giveaways.
