NOTE: Early Start Applications must be submitted to our School Administrative Office and approved before completing the registration process.

After the online registration process is complete, you will need to set an appointment to bring in the following documents:
*Original Birth Certificate
*Proof of Residency (current water, gas, electric bill in parent/guardian's name)
*Virginia School Entrance Health Form
*Immunization Record
*Parent/guardian's photo ID
*Final report card from previous school (grades 1-5)
*Custody paperwork if applicable

Incomplete registrations cannot be processed, so please remember to make an appointment to bring all the required documents.
