The School-Based Health Workforce Grant is a grant opportunity for school divisions to establish, expand, train, and sustain their school health workforce. School divisions were eligible for $80,000 of initial funding to support initiatives aligned with the recruitment, retention, and educational development of school health personnel, in addition to the opportunity to invest in activities that improve the quality of work of school health professionals by making improvements to school health systems.
