After the online registration process is complete, you will need to set an appointment to bring in the following documents:
*Original Birth Certificate
*Proof of Residency (current water, gas, electric bill in parent/guardian's name)
*Virginia School Entrance Health Form
*Immunization Record
*Parent/guardian's photo ID
*Final report card from previous school (grades 1-5)
*Custody paperwork if applicable

Incomplete registrations cannot be processed,so please remember to make an appointment to bring all the required documents.
