Let's Talk Transition Tuesdays: Collaboratively Planning for Successful Student Outcomes

Parents, students, teachers and providers are encouraged to join the Suffolk Public Schools Department of Special Education virtually on Zoom for free informational sessions on the second Tuesday of each month from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. starting Tuesday, December 12, 2023. This series will provide families, students, and educators with information and insights to encourage and enhance participation in the transition IEP process .Click the link to join virtually via Zoom.
