The Suffolk Public Schools eSchool system will undergo its annual rollover to the 2025–2026 academic year on Monday, June 23rd. As part of this process, eSchool, Teacher Access Center (TAC), and Home Access Center (HAC) will be temporarily unavailable beginning the morning of June 23rd. Once the rollover is complete, TAC access will be restored for summer school use, while HAC will remain offline until the division is ready to release scheduling information for the upcoming school year. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this scheduled maintenance. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school for assistance.
Home Access Center (HAC) accounts provide valuable information to families. A HAC account provides families with grades, email addresses, schedules, attendance, transcripts and state test scores.
When students are enrolled in Suffolk Public Schools, accounts are automatically created for parents and students. Creation of these accounts generally takes up to 72 hours after a student is enrolled in a Suffolk Public School’s building.
All parents' first time access to HAC follows this configuration:
User name: Guardian email address
First time password: suffolkhac
All students can access HAC through the student portal (students.spsk12.net) by logging in with their SPS Google Email credentials.
