Practice Schedule

1. XC: Long Runs Monday thru Friday [Conditioned Athletes]

**1^st Cross Country Meet: 11SEP2024 [Chesapeake, VA]

**The practice schedule will change to 3 x per week after the 1st meet

• Mon, Tues, Thursday (beginning 12 SEP).

2. XC: New Athlete Conditioning: (Short Runs/Mechanics), will only attend on Tues & Thurs until fully conditioned. (The Weight Room is utilized on these days)

Do not stay after/attend any practices without a Physical

3. Physicals must be on a valid VHSL Form
4. Physicals must be turned into the Athletic Trainer (Ms. Johnson)
