Nansemond River High School abides by the rules and regulations of the Virginia High School League, Region 5A South, and Southeastern District for the by-laws, rules and regulations, and our scheduling.

All student athletes must have a current VHSL physical on file with the Activities Director in order to try out and/or participate in any sport.
