2024-2025 School Year Transportation Registration

In order for us to adequately plan for the 2024-2025 school year, we are requesting that parents complete the Transportation Registration Form (link provided below) regarding your child's transportation needs, even if you do not need transportation provided by Suffolk Public Schools.

This form is due by July 15, 2024, for currently enrolled students. Failure to complete this form may have an impact on your child's transportation during the first week of school. If your child is graduating this year, there is no need to contact us to remove your child from the list as they will be removed once the summer rollover is complete.

Any form or changes submitted after July 15, 2024 may not be processed until after school starts on August 26, 2024 in the order that they are received. A separate form is required for each student you have registered in Suffolk Public Schools.
