• Through our high school CTE programs, students have the opportunity to obtain industry credentials which validate their skill mastery, educational achievements, and ability to perform specific tasks within their selected career pathway.

CTE courses align with postsecondary education or additional training, leading to specialized instruction that leads to industry credentialing. Industry credentials are also valuable to employers, allowing them to determine the skill or education level of job applicants without having to perform an assessment for each one, which gives our students an advantage in securing employment from our community of businesses.

These credentialing opportunities can also culminate in degrees, certificates, apprenticeships, or direct employment that assist with postsecondary transitions for all students.
